Job Title: Warehouse and Logistics Coordinator

At Talent Pal, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Warehouse and Logistics Coordinator to join our team in Dubai. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for monitoring and executing warehouse and logistics activities, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of tools and materials to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform daily operational tasks, including goods inwards, main stores, sub-stores, tool stores, line maintenance stores, outstation support, business support, and spares distribution.
  • Coordinate warehouse and logistics activities assigned by the Shift Duty Officer, monitor task accomplishment, and carry out system transactions to ensure customer demands are fulfilled on time.
  • Communicate internally to ensure smooth flow of material in the supply chain, from goods receiving to demand fulfillment, adhering to service level agreements at each process step.
  • Ensure safety regulations and practices are fully complied with at all times, avoiding any safety incidents or procedural non-compliance.
  • Support the Shift Duty Officer in preparing daily reports related to performance monitoring and KPIs for dynamic shifting of resources to optimize resource utilization and productivity.
  • Deputize the Shift Duty Officer as required and act as the focal point for specific warehouses/functions to ensure objectives and performance measures are met at all times.
Requirements:
  • 3 years of experience in a warehouse and logistics-related role.
  • Vocational or diploma (12 or equivalent).
  • Sound knowledge of office applications/systems and warehouse/inventory/ERP systems.
  • Valid UAE drivers' license/Airside Driving Permit (ADP) would be an added advantage.
