  4. Sales Performance: Achieve and exceed sales targets through proactive lead generation and business development.

**Requirements:**

  1. Experience: Minimum 8+ years in air freight sales within the logistics industry in Dubai, UAE.
  2. Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of air freight operations, pricing structures, and carrier relationships.
