Key Responsibilities:
  • Source and attract candidates by utilizing databases, social media, and professional networks.
  • Screen candidates' resumes and job applications.
  • Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates.
  • Assess applicants' relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience, and aptitudes.
  • Onboard new employees to ensure a smooth transition.
  • Monitor and apply HR recruiting best practices.
Requirements:
  • Proven work experience as an HR Recruiter or similar role.
