Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Planning and Coordination: Develop and implement project plans, including work breakdown structures, master schedules, and resource allocation plans.
  • Schedule and Progress Reviews: Conduct regular schedule and progress reviews with contractors, ensuring alignment with project timelines and milestones.
  • Project Status Reporting: Produce project status reports and manage project dashboards, providing stakeholders with accurate and timely information.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate closely with project management teams, site engineers, and inspectors to ensure effective communication and coordination.
  • Time Extension Claims and Risk Analysis: Review and analyze time extension claims, conduct forensic analysis of schedules, and identify potential risks and mitigation strategies.
  • Engineering and Construction Expertise: Apply engineering, procurement, and construction terminology, concepts, and relationships to develop and maintain critical path logic networks and bar charts.
  • Progress Validation and Reporting: Validate the accuracy of progress data, record deviations and deficiencies, and draft notification letters to contractors.
  • Progress Presentations and Reporting: Develop and present weekly and monthly progress reports, ensuring stakeholders are informed of project status.
  • Coordination and Guidance: Coordinate with site engineers and inspectors to verify the contents of daily progress reports and provide guidance on project programs.

Requirements:
