About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Pre Sales Consultant to join our team at Caliberly. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a critical role in providing technical expertise and support to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Proposal Development: Work with our bid management team to develop effective and efficient proposals within specified timeframes based on received RFPs.
  2. Presales Leadership: Lead a presales team assigned to specific turnkey solution opportunities, serving as a single point of contact with account managers, bid management, procurement, and other technology departments to build turnkey architectures and end-to-end solution proposals.
  3. Progress Reporting: Report the progress of assigned presales tasks to bid management, presales team leads, and account managers.
  4. Clarification Gathering: Gather clarifications from assigned presales team members, compile, and communicate with customers to deliver competitive proposals that meet customer needs and budgets.
  5. Clarification Response: Address and respond to customer clarifications received during or after the bidding phase.
  6. BoQs Design: Prepare bill of quantities (BoQs) designs and overall architectures for turnkey solutions involving different vendors and technologies.
  7. Deal Registration: Carry out deal registrations, pricing negotiations, and secure price protection with vendors and distributors.
  8. Site Surveys: Attend required site surveys and prebid meetings for complete assessments necessary to fully understand designs and submit proposals that fulfill customer needs.
  9. Proposal Consolidation: Receive input from assigned presales team members, validate, and consolidate different solution components.
  10. Final Proposal Preparation: Prepare and consolidate final technical and commercial proposals.
  11. Technical Proposal Support: Support presales engineers to provide cohesive technical proposals and costing sheets.
  12. Proposal Submission: Submit technically efficient and competitive proposals to sales and bid management.
  13. Presentation: Conduct presentations to present proposed solutions to customers.
  14. Customer Meetings: Participate in customer meetings to support business development and generate new leads.
  15. Persales Issue Resolution: Work with the team to resolve any presales issues or escalations, find technical presales workarounds, and support the presales team in solving constraints.
  16. Vendor Partnership: Lead the partnership relation with IT vendors and distributors as a single point of contact between vendors, channel managers, and ITQAN's sales, procurement, finance, marketing, and management teams for rebates, vendor promotions, programs, and updates.
  17. Handover: Hand over awarded opportunities to the postsales team for successful project delivery.
  18. Technology Onboarding: Onboard new technologies and solutions that enrich the company portfolio and offerings.
Required Qualifications & Skills
  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Communications, or Computer Science.
  • Cisco Certified Internetwork Expert (CCIE) and/or other relevant technical certificates (Fortinet, Palo Alto, HPE, VMware, etc.).
  • English fluency.
  • Competent presentation skills.
  • Network and security hands-on experience.
  • 8 years of system integration experience.
  • 4 years of presales experience on multivendor turnkey solutions.
