  • Follow up with tenants/owners for cash payments for services rendered.

  • Maintain accurate records of petty cash transactions.
  • Supervise the front desk team, providing guidance on duties and responsibilities.

Candidate Profile:

  • Minimum 1 year experience as a Customer Service Officer in Residential Apartment Buildings or Apartment Hotels.
  • Previous Residence or Serviced Apartments experience in a luxury hotel setting.
  • Advanced knowledge of English language spoken and written.
  • Working knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, and Outlook).
  • Knowledge of property management software (Opera).
  • Knowledge of the local area and its amenities.
  • Flexible approach to people and tasks.
  • Problem-solving and follow-up abilities.
