We are looking for a Service Desk Executive to join our team at Sharaf DG. As a key member of our service department, you will be responsible for resolving customer complaints and ensuring their satisfaction.
The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in a similar role and a Graduate degree. A Diploma in Hospitality is preferable.
Your duties will include attending to customer complaints, ensuring warranty products reach service centers within the specified timeframe, and issuing genuine cash or credit card refunds to customers.
You will also be responsible for monitoring and reconciling ageing stock at customer care locations, ensuring compliance with ISO standards, and executing purchase returns of products lying at service centers or suppliers.
This role requires strong communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work effectively under pressure.
