Bright Minds Ventures is seeking a highly skilled Service Desk Associate to join our team in Dubai. The successful candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to work in a fast-paced call center environment.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Engage with customers through various channels, including phone, email, and chat.
  • Resolve customer complaints and concerns efficiently and effectively.
  • Work closely with other departments to ensure seamless customer interactions.
  • Meet performance targets for response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of company products and services.

Requirements:
