Job OverviewThis position involves supporting departments in developing cutting-edge functional excellence and leadership capabilities. You will work closely with hotel leaders to identify skill gaps and recommend learning solutions, providing support to operational departments and collaborating with HR to align training programs with performance management processes.
Main Responsibilities- Training Needs Analysis: Conduct thorough needs assessments to identify skill gaps and recommend targeted learning solutions.
- Learning Program Design and Delivery: Design, deliver, and evaluate comprehensive learning initiatives that promote growth and development among team members.
- Onboarding and Coaching: Develop and implement effective onboarding processes and provide coaching and support to managers in developing their teams.
To succeed in this role, you should possess the following skills and qualifications:
- Strategic Thinking and Problem-Solving: Demonstrate excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities to drive business results.
- Excellent Communication and Presentation Skills: Possess exceptional communication and presentation skills to effectively convey complex ideas and concepts.
- Demonstrated Ability to Develop Interpersonal Relationships: Show a proven ability to develop strong interpersonal relationships and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in human resources, education, or a related field and minimum 3-5 years of experience in a Learning & Development role, preferably in the luxury segment of hospitality.
