About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Capital Structure Advisor to join our team in Dubai, UAE. As a key member of our Capital Structure & Rating Advisory (CSRA) team, you will play a crucial role in providing thought leadership, best practice insight, corporate finance and rating advice to corporate and FI clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the implementation of the CSRA team's origination, coverage and execution strategy in the Middle East region.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Previous experience of a similar role, in a leading commercial and/or investment banking environment.
  • Understanding of investment and commercial banking organisational design and a demonstrated ability to 'navigate' to achieve client delivery in a safe and sound manner.
  • Familiarity with rating agency methodologies.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with proven ability to work across cultures and within a dynamic environment.
