Al Fardan Exchange L.L.C is seeking a highly skilled WPS Associate to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for reviewing payments received from customers, reaching out to customers for further salary processing documents, and providing appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits. The WPS Associate will also manage inbound and outbound customer calls to ensure all service requirements are met efficiently. Additionally, the candidate will maintain cooperative working relationships with supervisors and other staff members, prepare salary files accurately within the given timeframe, and provide quality service in a timely manner to WPS customers. The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, 1-3 years of relevant working experience in a bank or exchange house, strong communication and interpersonal skills, and knowledge of MS Office (Word & Excel). Prior experience in BFSI is preferred.
