  • provide appropriate solutions andalternatives within the time limits and follow up to ensureresolution
  • Manage inbound and outbound customercalls to ensure all the service requirements are doneefficiently
  • Maintain cooperative workingrelationships with supervisors and other staffmembers
  • Prepare the salary files accuratelywithin TAT
  • Provide quality service in timelymanner to WPS customers

Qualifications

  • Bachelor'sdegree or equivalent experience
  • 1-3 years ofrelevant working experience in a bank or exchangehouse
  • Strong communication and interpersonalskills
  • Must have Knowledge of MS Office (Word& Excel)
  • Preference for candidate thosewho have prior experience inBFSI
