Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated WPS Associate to join our team at Al Fardan Exchange L.L.C. The successful candidate will be responsible for reviewing payments received from customers, providing solutions and alternatives within tight time limits, and ensuring resolution.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Payment Review and Resolution: Review payments received from customers and resolve any issues or discrepancies in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Customer Communication: Communicate with customers to gather additional information or clarify payment details, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Salary File Preparation: Prepare salary files accurately and within the specified timeframe, ensuring all necessary documentation is complete and up-to-date.
  • Customer Service: Provide quality service to WPS customers, responding to their inquiries and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: 1-3 years of relevant working experience in a bank or exchange house.
  • Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong understanding of MS Office (Word & Excel).
  • Preferred Qualification: Prior experience in BFSI (Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance) is highly preferred.
