Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth.

  • Manage day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including inventory control, ordering, and scheduling.
  • Handle customer complaints and make effective service recovery.

  • Regularly inspect food and beverage quality to ensure that it meets our high standards.

Requirements:

  • A degree in Hotel Restaurant Management or equivalent.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in hotel operations, preferably in a five-star hotel.

  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Familiarity with food and beverage trends and concepts.
