We are seeking a skilled Server Nomad to join our team at 25hours Hotels. As a Server Nomad, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional food and beverage experiences to our guests.
Key Responsibilities- Food and Beverage Knowledge: You will have a comprehensive understanding of our menus, wine lists, and other food and beverage products, and be able to provide expert recommendations to guests.
- Service Excellence: You will control and orchestrate the service of In Room Dining, ensuring maximum customer satisfaction through anticipating guest requests and responding positively to special requests.
- Guest Satisfaction: You will ensure that our guests are not only well-fed but also happy and contented, providing a personalized and memorable experience.
- Administrative Tasks: You will be responsible for ensuring accurate accounts and smooth administrative processes.
- Business Acumen: You will assist in drawing up budgets and maintaining a business-like eye on orders.
- Collaboration: You will serve as a competent and open-minded contact and sparring partner for our external concept partners.
- Team Support: You will support your colleagues with a winning smile, even in high-pressure situations.
