Server Nomad

We are currently looking for Server (Nomad)who will be responsible for creating gastronomicsensations to join the tribe of 25hours Dubai OneCentral. 

Nomad Day Bar is an allday cafoperated by awardwinning local baristas Nightjar Coffee. Located inthe heart of the hotel the day bar is a hive of activity and anideal meeting place to enjoy a light bite andrelax.

What you will bedoing: 

• Youllhave a complete knowledge of all food & beverage menus /wine lists and other food and beverage products in details and beable to advise guests accordingly.
• Youllcontrol and orchestrate the service of In Room Dining and maximisecustomer satisfaction through anticipating guest requestsresponding to special requestspositively.
• Youll make sure that our guestsarent just wellfed but also happy andcontented.
• Youll make sure the accounts arecorrect and admin processes run smoothly.
• Youllhelp to draw up budgets and keep a businesslike eye on orders.
• You are a competent and openminded contactand sparring partner for our external conceptpartner.
• Youll support your colleagues with awinning smile whenever once again all the guests pile into therestaurant and want to order at the same time. On top of this youllalso keep your head above water when there are sudden changes ofplan .

Qualifications :

Yourexperience and skillsinclude:

• Youve gainedmanagement experience in a similar role and can speak Englishfluently
• You can inspire your fellow staff justas you can inspire your guests. On top of this you find it easy tocommunicate with charm even if its sometimestricky
• Youre passionate about good food anddrinks and enjoy discovering new concepts
• Yourea doer and even if you do it wrong sometimes you openly admitit
