We are currentlylooking for Server (Nomad), who will be responsible for creatinggastronomic sensations to join the tribe of 25hours Dubai OneCentral.

Nomad Day Bar is an all-daycafé operated by award-winning local baristas NightjarCoffee. Located in the heart of the hotel, the day bar is a hive ofactivity and an ideal meeting place to enjoy a light bite andrelax.

WhatYou Will Be Doing

• You’ll have a completeknowledge of all food & beverage menus / wine lists andother food and beverage products in details and be able to adviseguests accordingly.
• You’ll controland orchestrate the service of In Room Dining and maximise customersatisfaction through anticipating guest requests, responding tospecial requests positively.
• You’llmake sure that our guests aren’t just well-fed, but alsohappy and contented.
• You’ll make surethe accounts are correct and admin processes runsmoothly.
• You’ll help to draw upbudgets, and keep a business-like eye on orders.
• You are a competent and open-minded contactand sparring partner for our external conceptpartner.
• You’ll support yourcolleagues with a winning smile whenever, once again, all theguests pile into the restaurant and want to order at the same time.On top of this, you’ll also keep your head above waterwhen there are sudden changes of plan .

Qualifications

Yourexperience and skills include:

• You’ve gained managementexperience in a similar role, and can speak Englishfluently
