About the Role

Decision Management Consultants is seeking an experienced Oracle Apex Developer to join our team. As an Oracle Apex Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing APEX applications that meet the needs of our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Design and develop APEX applications using JavaScript, jQuery, and Oracle SQL and PL/SQL.
  2. Develop and implement APEX templates and global themes to ensure a consistent user experience.
  3. Work with external APEX plugins and JavaScript libraries to enhance application functionality.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate APEX applications with other systems and services.
  5. Develop and maintain high-quality code, following best practices and coding standards.
  6. Provide technical support and guidance to junior developers and other team members.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  1. 3-5 years of experience working as an Oracle Apex developer.
  2. Strong knowledge of APEX page customization using JavaScript and jQuery.
  3. Experience with Oracle SQL and PL/SQL, including knowledge of procedures, functions, packages, cursors, database normalization, indexing methods, constraints, and use of objects.
  4. Good experience in JavaScript, jQuery, CSS, HTML, and AJAX.
  5. Experience in RESTful web services integration.
  6. Good experience in Agile Scrum methodology.
