Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the procurement process from start to finish, including sourcing, negotiating, and awarding contracts.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality products.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations, including contractual and purchasing policies.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of procurement activities, including purchase orders, invoices, and contracts.
  • Participate in the development and implementation of procurement strategies and plans.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of procurement activities with other business functions.
  • Identify and mitigate risks associated with procurement activities, including supply chain disruptions and contractual disputes.
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements.
  • Provide training and support to colleagues on procurement policies and procedures.

Requirements:

  • Intermediate Purchasing Technical Competencies required.
  • C&P tools certification required.
  • SAP tool certification required.

Qualifications/Experience:

Candidates should have a strong background in procurement, with a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role. A degree in a related field, such as business or supply chain management, is also required.

Working Conditions:

The successful candidate will be required to work in a fast-paced environment, with frequent deadlines and competing priorities. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team.
