Job Summary

The Cluster Credit Manager is a key role within the Finance Department, responsible for the efficient operation of the hotel's Accounts Receivable department. This includes extending credit to customers, billing, and collection, as well as maintaining and controlling the hotel's accounts receivables.

Key Responsibilities
  • Granting credit facilities and ensuring compliance with policy, regulatory, and contractual frameworks.
  • Developing and maintaining excellent working relationships with hotel finance team members and the Hotel Management team.
  • Supporting the Finance Lead in developing best-in-class hotel Finance teams, including participation in relevant Finance development programs.
  • Analyzing large amounts of data and information efficiently and accurately.
  • Learning and performing all essential job functions accurately and safely with minimal direct supervision.
Requirements
  • Ability to exercise sound judgment and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and comprehension skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and effectively handle multiple concurrent demands.
  • Ability to analyze large amounts of data/information efficiently and accurately.
  • University degree in Accounting or Finance.
  • Knowledge of hotel operations, including all aspects.
