Key Responsibilities

  • Training Needs Assessment: Conduct thorough assessments of the teams' individual learning needs and performance to develop and align with concerned parties on short, mid, and long-term training and development plans.
  • Training Calendar Development: Contribute to defining the training calendar based on learning needs, retail excellence projects, and partners' requests to ensure alignment with our strategy for the Middle East.
  • Training Program Roll-out: Roll out training programs as per the training calendar, including onboarding of newcomers, product, and client experience training.
  • Product Knowledge: Possess a deep understanding of our company culture, heritage, product pillars, and seasonal collection knowledge.
  • On-the-Floor Support: Support the team on the floor through follow-up sessions to enhance client service, storytelling, and selling techniques in accordance with our brand standards.

Key Requirements

  • Experience: Minimum 4+ years of related work experience with the luxury industry.
  • Skills: Excellent presentation and public speaking skills, excellent organization skills, and an in-depth understanding of luxury retail, client experience, and selling skills.
  • Learning and Development: Excellent understanding of learning and blended learning.
  • Influencing and Follow-up: Demonstrate ability to influence and strong follow-up skills.
  • Travel: Willing to travel frequently.
