  1. Lead Contract Correspondence: Oversee the drafting and reviewing of critical project correspondence to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies.
  2. Complex Claims and Variations: Develop and lead the drafting of complex claims and variations across the project portfolio, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
  3. Project Schedule Review: Review detailed project schedules and propose changes or recommendations to ensure project timelines are met.
  4. Contract Management: Develop and implement procedures for contract management and administration in compliance with established company policy.
  5. Commercial Awareness: Contribute to or influence company policies as appropriate, ensuring commercial awareness is maintained across all projects.
  6. Contract Guidance: Provide commercial and contractual guidance to ensure proficiency and timeliness of contract administration.
  7. Change Identification: Assist projects in identifying change and ensure timely notification to stakeholders.
  8. Contract Negotiation: Support projects to negotiate and clarify contractual requirements in meetings with clients, contractors, and vendors.
  9. Risk Management: Identify and manage project commercial and contracting risks and coordinate mitigation measures and contractual insurance requirements.
  10. Legal Counsel Liaison: Manage and liaise with internal Legal Counsel on construction contract-related matters.
  11. External Engagement: Engage with external consultants where required, ensuring effective collaboration and communication.
  12. Negotiation and Relationship Management: Negotiate the more difficult, complex, or sensitive issues with clients while maintaining relationships.
  13. Monthly Project Review: Participate in the Monthly Project Review process, ensuring project progress is accurately reported.
  14. Stakeholder Management: Conduct stakeholder management internally and externally, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
  15. Travel Requirements: Engage in regular travel (short/long haul) to projects and sites as required, ensuring timely and effective project delivery.
