Responsibilities include:

  1. Preparing tender documents, contract documents, and agreements
  2. Creating official correspondences
  3. Coordinating with government entities for approvals
  4. SUPPORTING DEPARTMENT BUDGET ACTIVITIES AND REPORTING PROGRESS TO THE DEPARTMENT HEAD
  5. Monitoring department works for work procedure improvements
  6. Maintaining company guidelines and regulations
  7. Supporting non-objection certificate applications
  8. Document control and management
  9. Office administration tasks

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in business administration or equivalent

At least 5 years of experience in oil and gas as an administrative coordinator

Experience in managing contract documents

Open to native Arabic speakers only; female candidates are encouraged to apply
