  • Provide trends, insights, and changes to the SME landscape to support our segment strategy in both physical and virtual card spend.
  • Collaborate with global SME segment product management and development teams on ensuring SME products and solutions are developed and enhanced with SME and non-bank distribution partners' inputs in mind and according to the SME product distribution standards.
  • Provide support regional product and sales teams in customer and partner facing conversations (in pre and after-sales) on card controls, virtual cards, and tokenization.
