Qualifications & Experience:

  • A degree in a relevant field such as Marketing, Digital Technologies, or Digital Communications.
  • A minimum of 8 years of experience in a marketing or digital environment, with a proven track record of managing complex projects.
  • Experience in leading change initiatives within a matrixed organizational structure.
  • Proficiency in modern privacy compliance solutions and the ability to leverage data for customer-centric marketing strategies.

Knowledge & Skills:

  • In-depth understanding of privacy compliance solutions and first-party data activation.
  • Familiarity with privacy regulations and ethical personalization considerations.
  • Experience with customer data platforms and marketing segmentation tools.
  • Knowledge of cloud technologies and security principles.
  • Strong project management skills with attention to detail.
