Job Overview

Rosewood Abu Dhabi seeks an experienced Sales Manager to join our team. This role involves identifying new business opportunities, growing existing accounts, and maximizing hotel revenue.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  1. Conducting market research to understand customer behavior and preferences.
  2. Tailoring sales presentations to meet the needs of individual market segments.
  3. Identifying key players in corporate accounts and developing account strategies to maximize revenue conversion.
  4. Presenting quarterly business plans to the MD.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Undergraduate degree in a related field.
  • Proven experience in the luxury hotel sector with a strong network of connections in key markets.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
  • Fluency in English; proficiency in other languages is preferred.
  • A clean driving license and ability to travel within the GCC market.
