Luxury Revenue Growth Manager

Mondrian Abu Dhabi is a luxury hotel seeking an exceptional leader to shape its revenue strategy and drive profitability. As the Director of Revenue, you will be responsible for optimizing all revenue-generating departments, including rooms, F&B, wellness, and events. This key role requires a visionary who can collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and PR teams to integrate revenue-driving strategies across all touchpoints.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement innovative revenue strategies that maximize room revenue and profitability.
- Collaborate with leadership teams to drive a cohesive approach and integrate revenue-driving strategies.
- Oversee pricing strategies, inventory management, and demand forecasting to optimize revenue performance.
- Build strong relationships with internal teams to achieve revenue objectives.
- Continuously monitor competitor pricing and market trends to remain competitive.
- Lead promotional campaigns and packages to drive peak performance during high-demand periods.
- Work closely with Sales and Marketing teams to align sales strategies and promotions with overall revenue goals.
- Report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide detailed analysis to senior management on revenue performance.
This role demands a strategic mindset, strong leadership, and the ability to drive revenue growth in a luxury environment. Your expertise will be essential in establishing Mondrian Abu Dhabi as a top-tier destination in a competitive market.
Qualifications :
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Revenue management, with at least 3 years in a Director-level role, ideally in a luxury or lifestyle hotel environment.
- Experience working in a truly global work environment is essential.
- Prior pre-opening experience is highly desirable.
- Proven ability to drive revenue across multiple departments.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Expertise in pricing strategies, forecasting, and inventory management.
- Solid understanding of global distribution systems (GDS), booking engines, and revenue management tools.
- Experience working with Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams to create integrated strategies.
- A keen understanding of the luxury hospitality market, trends, and competitive landscape.
- Exceptional communication and leadership skills.
