  3. Health and Safety: Knowledge of health & safety practices and regulations, ensuring compliance in all operations.
  4. Budgeting and Performance: Understanding of budgeting and performance management, optimizing resource allocation.
  5. Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fostering collaboration among team members.
  6. UAE Requirements: UAE driving license is required; UAE experience is a must.
