Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead & Coach: Oversee and mentor a team of Account Managers, ensuring they hit targets and excel in their roles.
  2. Own Supply & Performance: Manage partner relationships, optimize supply utilization, and drive revenue growth.
  3. Develop Winning Strategies: Work closely with leadership to align financial goals, optimize operations, and introduce data-driven improvements.
  4. Be a Data Powerhouse: Use analytics, BI tools, and Excel to track, assess, and enhance performance.
  5. Align with Key Teams: Collaborate with Finance, Marketing, Customer Success, and Operations to deliver excellence.
  6. Shape the Future: Lead special projects like van branding, international hiring, and influencer bookings.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in account management, business development, or operations.
  • Strong leadership skills with a proven track record in managing teams and driving revenue growth.
  • Proficiency in Excel, BI tools, and data analytics — you love making decisions backed by numbers.
  • Ability to balance strategic planning with hands-on execution in a fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional communication & negotiation skills to manage internal and external stakeholders.
  • Experience in customer-facing, high-growth startups, or service industries is a plus.
