About the Role

Precision Hire Solution is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Full Stack Developer to join our team. As a key member of our development team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining complex web and mobile applications using a range of technologies, including Java, PHP, HTML,.NET, and mobile app technologies for iOS and Android.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Full Stack Development
  • Design and develop web applications using frontend and backend technologies, collaborating with UI/UX designers to implement responsive and visually appealing web interfaces.
  • Write clean, scalable, and well-documented code for both client-side and server-side applications, integrating third-party APIs and services to enhance application functionality.
  • Develop and manage backend services and APIs using Java and.NET frameworks.
Mobile App Development
  • Develop, test, and deploy mobile applications for iOS and Android platforms, ensuring mobile applications are optimized for performance, usability, and security.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications, maintaining and updating mobile applications based on user feedback and technological advancements.
  • Design, develop, and maintain mobile applications using Swift and Objective-C for iOS and Kotlin and Java for Android.
  • Utilize frameworks such as Flutter or React Native to develop cross-platform mobile applications.
AI and Machine Learning Integration
  • Design and implement AI-driven features and functionalities within web and mobile applications, developing and deploying machine learning models for various use cases such as predictive analytics, natural language processing, and computer vision.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI and machine learning technologies, collaborating with data scientists and AI specialists to integrate machine learning algorithms into applications.
Database Management
  • Design and manage relational and NoSQL databases to support web and mobile applications, ensuring data integrity, security, and optimal performance of database systems.
  • Implement data migration, backup, and recovery processes.
API Development and Integration
  • Develop RESTful and GraphQL APIs to support application functionalities, ensuring secure and efficient communication between client-side and server-side components.
  • Integrate external APIs and services as required by project specifications.
DevOps and Deployment
  • Implement CI/CD pipelines for automated testing, building, and deployment of applications, managing cloud infrastructure and services to support application scalability and reliability.
  • Monitor and optimize application performance, addressing any issues that arise promptly.
Collaboration and Communication
  • Work closely with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality applications, participating in code reviews and providing constructive feedback to team members.
  • Document technical specifications, development processes, and application features for future reference.
Security and Compliance
  • Implement security best practices to protect applications and user data from threats, ensuring compliance with relevant data protection regulations and industry standards.
  • Conduct regular security audits and vulnerability assessments.
User Experience Enhancement
  • Focusing on delivering a seamless user experience across web and mobile platforms, gathering and analyzing user feedback to continuously improve application usability.
  • Implement user authentication, authorization, and personalization features.
Continuous Learning and Improvement
  • Stay current with emerging technologies, frameworks, and best practices in web, mobile, and AI development, participating in training sessions, workshops, and conferences to enhance skills and knowledge.
  • Contribute to the company's knowledge base and mentor junior developers.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 7 years of experience as a Full Stack Developer or similar role.
  • Proficiency in Java, PHP, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks (e.g., React, Angular).
  • Strong experience in mobile app development for both iOS (Swift, Objective-C) and Android (Kotlin, Java).
  • Experience with.NET framework and cross-platform development (e.g., Flutter, React Native) is a plus.
  • Knowledge of AI and machine learning integration.
  • Familiarity with RESTful and GraphQL APIs.
  • Strong database management skills (both relational and NoSQL).
  • Experience with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
