The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Welcome customers and gathering information about their vehicle issues or maintenance needs.
- Providing advice on necessary repairs and routine maintenance based on manufacturer recommendations.
- Explaining service options, repair processes, and associated costs in a clear and professional manner.
- Ensuring customer satisfaction by addressing questions or concerns promptly.
- Scheduling service appointments and managing the service workflow.
- Communicating with the technical team to relay customer requests and prioritize tasks.
- Providing regular updates to customers on the status of their vehicles.
- Identifying opportunities to promote additional services or products that enhance vehicle performance and longevity.
- Offering service packages, extended warranties, or other promotions to customers as applicable.
- Maintaining comprehensive records of customer details, service history, and vehicle information.
- Ensuring proper documentation of all completed repairs and services.
- Conducting post-service follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Addressing and resolving any complaints or service-related issues promptly.
- Collaborating with the service team to ensure quality standards are met.
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced individual who has:
- A high school diploma or equivalent; a diploma in automotive or business administration is a plus.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the automotive or service industry.
- Strong customer service and interpersonal communication skills.
- Basic technical knowledge of vehicle systems and repairs.
- Proficient in using service management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
