  • Repair defective systems with provided parts and verify problem resolution.
  • Meet established timeframes and standards for efficiency and quality.
  • Follow departmental auditing guidelines and procedures.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve team-level Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • Identify areas for improvement and communicate recommendations to supervisors or leads.
  • Assist other teams as needed to accomplish tasks and achieve goals.

Qualifications:

  • At least 1 year of related work experience or personal experience required.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Preferred: 1 year of technical training from a technical program or college.
  • Hardware certifications (A+, ACMT, etc.) a plus.
  • Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work well in a team environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Prolonged periods of sitting and working on a computer.
  • Ability to lift up to 30+ pounds at times.
