About SEKOIA: SEKOIA is a leading company in the real estate industry, seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales Agent Property Consultant to join our team in Abu Dhabi.

Job Summary: We are looking for a Sales Agent Property Consultant to assist with the accounts payable and accounting needs of our company. This is a fully on-site opportunity with an hourly pay rate between $31-$34, depending on relevant experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Process Payable Invoices: Accurately process all payable invoices to our company's accounting system.
  • Manage AP Accounts: Manage all AP accounts and reconcile AP transactions.
  • Maintain Aging Reports: Maintain and manage aging reports.
  • Vendor Coordination: Contact and coordinate with all of our organization's vendors related to accounts payable operations.
  • Vendor Files: Maintain all vendor files.
  • Other Duties: Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: 3+ years of experience in accounting or a related field.
  • Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Fast-Paced Environment: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • QuickBooks Experience: Experience using QuickBooks preferred.
  • Excel Experience: Experience using Excel (entry to mid-level).
