Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Planning and Market Research: Develop and implement strategic plans for EVCI and H2 initiatives, including EVCI network development, pricing strategy, and customer value proposition, in alignment with ADD's vision, mission, and values.
  • Reporting and Monitoring: Lead market research conduct and analysis to identify and assess trends, opportunities, challenges, and risks in the EVCI and H2 sectors. Prepare and present business cases, proposals, reports, and presentations to senior management and external parties.
  • Project Management: Manage and coordinate the planning, execution, and evaluation of assigned projects in the EVCI and H2 sectors, ensuring timely delivery, quality standards, and budget control.
  • Stakeholder Management and Communication: Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, such as industry associations, government agencies, research institutes, and potential partners, to gather market intelligence and facilitate collaboration.
  • Governance and Compliance: Design and execute a governance program to ensure compliance with relevant standards, regulations, and best practices in the EVCI and H2 sectors.
  • Innovation and Change Management: Lead and participate in innovation and change management initiatives to foster a culture of continuous improvement and adaptation in the EVCI and H2 sectors.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's Degree in Business, Engineering, or related field. Master's degree or MBA is preferred.
  • Experience: 12 years of experience in strategic management, project management, or business development. 5 years' experience in the EVCI and H2 sectors is required.
  • Skills: Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with the ability to synthesize complex information and data. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence and persuade diverse audiences.
  • Personal Qualities: Highly motivated, adaptable, and innovative, with a passion for EVCI and H2 and a drive for excellence.
