- AUAE National with Family Book: Must be an AUAE national with a family book.

- Relevant Education and Experience: A bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with a master's degree highly preferred. Must have experience delivering strategic healthcare policy projects for an international consulting firm, specifically for public sector clients.
- Healthcare System Operations: Must have a solid understanding of healthcare system operations in the Middle East.
- Project Finance Planning: Must have exposure to project finance planning and budgeting at a departmental level.
- Excellent Stakeholder Management Skills: Must have excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to negotiate with senior leadership to ensure agreement across organizations with conflicting priorities and timeframes.
