We are seeking a dedicated Parts Sales Coordinator to support the sales team in managing parts sales through both retail and workshop counters at FAMCO Rashidiya.

Responsibilities:

  1. Assist the sales team in managing and achieving parts sales targets in accordance with strategic plans.
  2. Respond to customer inquiries, assisting them in selecting the required parts or accessories in a friendly, professional and efficient manner.
  3. Process quotations, sales orders and apply customer discounts or special prices according to standard operating procedures.
  4. Follow up on parts back-orders to provide customers with timely updates on the status of their orders.
  5. Support warehouse management and operations to maintain inventory accuracy and efficiency.
  6. Address customer complaints promptly, ensuring they receive value for their purchases and fostering long-term relationships.

Requirements:

  1. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and familiar with the Parts module of the Dealership Management System.
  2. Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively engage with customers and collaborate with team members.
  3. Able to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  4. Aware of diverse cultures, enabling effective communication with a wide range of customers.
