We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) professional to manage, optimize, and support our HRIS platforms. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR technologies, systems administration, and process improvement, with a deep understanding of HR functions and how to leverage HRIS to enhance efficiency and data accuracy.

Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Administer and maintain the HRIS platform, ensuring all HR data is accurate, up-to-date, and compliant with relevant regulations.
  • Collaborate with HR and IT teams to support HRIS configuration, testing, and deployment of new features and system enhancements.
  • Ensure the confidentiality of sensitive employee information adhering to strict data protection protocols.
  • Lead the implementation of new HRIS systems, modules, or integrations with other business systems.
  • Support HR system upgrades and patches, ensuring minimal disruption to HR operations.
  • Develop and maintain system documentation, user guides, and training materials to ensure end-users understand and can effectively use HRIS tools.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience working with HRIS platforms.
  • Experience with system integrations, data migration, and troubleshooting.
