Job Description

As a Recreational Activities Coordinator, you will play a vital role in enhancing the leisure experience for adults through engaging and diverse activities.

  • Organize and lead both small and large-scale recreational events independently or in collaboration with fellow animators in an adult-centric setting.
  • Prepare for all scheduled activities, ensuring all necessary arrangements are made prior to the commencement and conclusion of each event.
  • Engage with and oversee all adult participants, fostering a safe and enjoyable atmosphere for everyone involved.
  • Innovate and propose new activity concepts, contributing to the ongoing enhancement of recreational programs.
  • Execute additional responsibilities as directed by the Entertainment Manager or Executive Team.
  • Undertake other tasks as required.

Qualifications
  • Valid Standard First Aid certification with CPR.
  • At least 1 year of recent experience in a fast-paced recreational setting focused on adult engagement.
  • A positive, outgoing demeanor with a professional approach.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to thrive under pressure in a high-energy environment.
  • Flexible and collaborative team player.
  • Previous experience in facilitating various games, crafts, and interactive programming.
  • Must possess physical fitness to actively participate in all activities, regardless of weather conditions.

This position is designed for individuals who are passionate about creating memorable experiences through recreational activities.
