Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage Villa Operations:
    • Oversee the daily management of the villa, including housekeeping, maintenance, and garden care.
    • Coordinate and supervise household staff to ensure efficient service and operations.
  • Quality Control and Inspections:
    • Conduct regular room inspections to ensure that all areas meet high cleanliness standards.
    • Check guest rooms and public areas regularly to ensure that cleaning standards are met and exceeded.
  • Inventory and Supplies Management:
    • Monitor inventory levels of cleaning supplies, linens, and equipment.
    • Maintain proper stock levels and assist in ordering supplies to ensure efficient operations.
  • Guest Satisfaction:
    • Address guest complaints and concerns promptly and professionally.
    • Ensure that any guest-specific requests are met promptly.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required. A degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred.
  • Proven experience in housekeeping or supervisory role in a hotel, resort, or similar setting (3 years preferred).
  • Strong leadership skills with ability to manage and motivate a team.
