  • Drafts and negotiates agreements with selected suppliers.
  • Attends industry exhibitions and seminars to discover new suppliers and products that offer improved price-performance ratios.
  • Encourages suppliers to provide or enhance rebate programs.

Overseeing Procurement Functions

  • Reviews and approves procurement requests.
  • Places orders and ensures timely delivery.
  • Prepares invitations for tenders and conducts tender openings for selected products, comparing submissions for procurement choices.
  • Identifies alternative products with competitive pricing while striving to maintain quality and service standards.
  • Compiles and submits monthly cost-saving reports to the Finance Director.
  • Explores avenues for sustainable procurement and actively engages in recycling initiatives.
  • Offers recommendations to other departments to achieve cost efficiencies while meeting their needs.
