About the Opportunity

The Luxury Closet is looking for a seasoned VIP Admin Assistant to join our VIP Client Relations team. This role involves connecting with VIP clients, acquiring new clients, maintaining relationships, and providing top-notch service. If you're passionate about luxury products and fashion, this position offers a unique chance to excel.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Strengthening ties with new and existing consignors.
  • Maintaining regular communication with consignors and clients.
  • Ensuring smooth coordination with merchandising and accounts teams.
  • Supporting the achievement of monthly consignment targets.
  • Designing and executing strategies to boost consignment with The Luxury Closet.

Required Skills:

  • Adaptability and flexibility in scheduling.
  • Ability to perform well under pressure.
  • Familiarity with luxury brands is beneficial.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
