  • Provide user training and create training materials to ensure effective adoption of Salesforce.
  • Monitor user adoption and provide support to resolve user issues.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and implement process improvements.

**Requirements**

  • Experience in Salesforce administration and configuration.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce features and functionality.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Scrum Master certification and experience with Agile practices.
  • Experience with ERP systems, such as SAP or MS Dynamics.
