Key Responsibilities

Requirements

  1. Proven experience as a Human Resources Business Partner in the DACH and CEMEA regions.
  2. Outstanding communication skills, including influencing and mentoring senior leadership at Director/VP level and above.
  3. Experience partnering with client groups from multiple countries and complex markets.
  4. Ability to produce analytical data and trends and deliver to the business.
  5. Proven experience in Organisational Development, Change Management, Leadership Development, Talent & Performance Management.
  6. Fluency in German language is required.

Preferred Qualifications

  1. HR Manager or HRBP experience in a sales environment.
  2. Experience working with senior executives and working in emerging markets with a strong understanding of the cultural nuances of the region.
  3. Understanding of German workers council regulations.
  4. Experience collaborating with Employee Relations, Talent Acquisition, Comp and Bens and On-boarding functions.
  5. Ability to navigate and cut through ambiguity and thrive in a fast-paced and vibrant environment.
  6. Positive energy & attitude with a desire to drive constant improvement & change.
