Job Description

We are seeking an experienced SAP project manager to lead and deliver successful SAP projects. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing end-to-end SAP implementations, overseeing project teams, and ensuring that all project milestones are achieved on time and within scope.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage large-scale SAP projects from initiation to completion, ensuring successful delivery within scope and timeline.
  2. Coordinate with cross-functional teams and SAP consultants to define project objectives, scope, and deliverables.
  3. Oversee SAP implementations, upgrades, and migrations across various business modules.
  4. Ensure effective resource allocation, project risk management, and regular status reports to senior management.
  5. Collaborate with global teams to drive successful project outcomes.
  6. Foster a collaborative team environment and ensure continuous improvement in processes and methodologies.

Qualifications:

  1. 12+ years of experience in SAP project management with a focus on SAP S/4 HANA and ECC implementations.
  2. Proven leadership skills with experience managing large, cross-functional project teams.
  3. Strong understanding of SAP modules such as FICO, MM, SD, PP, and others.
  4. Exceptional communication and organizational skills.
  5. PMP, Prince2, or similar project management certification is a plus.
  6. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
