We are seeking an experienced Executive Director of Outdoor Spaces to join our team in Dubai. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for overseeing significant landscaping projects from conception to completion.

Job Description:

The successful candidate will have at least 10 years of experience in managing large-scale landscaping projects. A proven track record of effective project management, budgeting, and client relationship capabilities is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage large-scale landscape projects from conception to completion, ensuring alignment with client goals.
  • Develop and oversee project budgets, ensuring costs are controlled and project milestones are met.
  • Negotiate contracts with suppliers, subcontractors, and clients to secure favorable terms and partnerships.
  • Maintain and enhance client relationships through regular communication and by meeting their project expectations.
  • Coordinate with design and engineering teams to optimize project workflows and deliver superior outcomes.
  • Guide and mentor project teams to foster professional growth and ensure adherence to company standards.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • Proven project management expertise with at least 10 years of experience in managing large-scale landscaping projects.
  • Demonstrated capability in budget management, ensuring projects are delivered within financial constraints.
  • Strong negotiation skills, particularly in contract discussions with vendors and clients.
  • Ability to build and maintain productive client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Comprehensive understanding of both hardscape and softscape elements of landscaping to guide project decisions.
  • Exceptional leadership skills to manage cross-functional teams effectively and promote a collaborative work environment.
  • Advanced problem-solving skills to identify issues promptly and implement effective solutions.
  • Strong communication abilities to convey complex information to team members and stakeholders clearly and concisely.
