The Role

We are seeking an experienced Admissions Officer to join our team. As a key member of our admissions team, you will be responsible for managing inquiries from prospective students, generating leads, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Receive and manage inquiries from prospective students via various communication channels.
  • Be responsible for your own lead generation, including cold calling.
  • Provide detailed information about our university programs, admission requirements, and application procedures.
  • Schedule appointments, interviews, and information sessions for prospective students and their families.
  • Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure all arrangements are in place.
  • Assist prospective students with the application process, guiding them through required documentation, deadlines, and submission procedures.
  • Maintain regular communication with prospective students to nurture relationships and address any additional inquiries.
  • Support the admissions team in building rapport and trust with potential students.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of student inquiries, interactions, and application statuses in our CRM system.
  • Generate reports and insights to assist in monitoring and analyzing admissions data.
  • Assist in planning and organizing recruitment events, fairs, and other outdoor marketing activities.
  • Collaborate closely with the marketing department and academic departments to ensure consistent messaging and a seamless applicant experience.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree (preferred)
  • At least 2 years of experience as a Student Counsellor/Admissions Officer in the UAE (required)
