Human Resources Specialist | BBA|HR Operations|Handling recruitment of Middle East

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Academics to lead the academic programs across all branches of Knowledge Planet | PhysicsWallah Gulf in UAE. The ideal candidate should have a strong teaching background, preferably as a Physics or Chemistry teacher, with experience in coaching students for JEE/NEET. This role requires overseeing a team of 30+ teachers, ensuring the highest standards of teaching quality, adherence to academic processes, and consistent improvement in student performance. The Head of Academics will personally mentor top-performing students and drive results in School, Board, and Entrance Exams.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Academic Leadership: Ensure teaching excellence, drive initiatives like syllabus planning and mock tests, and maintain process adherence.
2. Team Management: Lead and mentor 30+ teachers, providing training and guidance for top-tier results in JEE/NEET and Foundation courses.
3. Student Outcomes: Personally mentor high-achieving students and implement strategies for measurable performance improvement.
4. Collaboration & Engagement: Align academic efforts with organizational goals, conduct reviews, and foster a motivated, results-driven team.
5. Process Improvement: Innovate and refine teaching methods, ensuring quality standards and enhanced learning outcomes.

Qualifications & Skills:

- Education: Master's degree or higher in a relevant field (Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, or related subjects).
- Experience: 4+ years of teaching experience, preferably as a Physics or Chemistry teacher. Prior experience in preparing students for JEE/NEET and achieving excellent results is highly desirable.
- Skills: Strong leadership and team management abilities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for mentoring teachers and engaging students. Analytical mindset to drive academic outcomes through data-driven decisions.
