Key Responsibilities

  • Performance Optimization: Analyze and optimize campaign performance to ensure maximum ROI and improve marketing efficiency.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and present performance reports to management, highlighting key insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Record Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of marketing activities, campaigns, and results.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with group communications policy and maintain high standards of professionalism.
  • Internal Customer Service: Provide exceptional internal customer service, supporting the marketing team on key projects and coordinating with external agencies as needed.
  • Agency Management: Develop and maintain professional relationships with external agencies and third-party providers.
  • Marketing Support: Provide support for all marketing activities, including promotions, events, and exhibitions.
Requirements
  • Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, or Communications.
  • Professional Qualifications: Professional qualification in Digital Marketing and Social Media is an advantage.
  • Experience: 5+ years' experience in managing performance-based search engine marketing, app install campaigns, and affiliate marketing.
  • Industry Experience: Experience in the Retail industry is an advantage.
  • Metrics Understanding: Understanding of key metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPI, CPA, and ROAS, and ability to optimize towards these goals.
