About the Role

The Sales Manager-Controls-UAE will be responsible for overseeing and managing sales for Controls & BMS within the UAE market. This role requires strong leadership, strategic thinking, excellent communication skills, and strong knowledge of BMS and HVAC controls systems and solutions.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Sales Strategy Implementation: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets. Analyze market trends and competitors to identify opportunities for growth.
  2. Team Management: Lead, train, and manage a team of sales engineers. Set performance objectives, conduct regular performance reviews, and provide coaching and development opportunities.
  3. Customer Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders. Address customer concerns and provide solutions to enhance customer satisfaction.
  4. Sales Performance Analysis: Monitor monthly sales activities and performance metrics to ensure targets are met. Prepare regular sales reports and present findings to senior management.
  5. Market Development: Identify and explore new markets and channels for the growth of Controls & BMS. Develop and execute plans to expand the company's presence in the UAE market.
  6. Financial Management: Negotiate projects, contracts, and agreements with customers and partners. Ensure profitable sales growth and contribute to the company's overall financial objectives.
