About the Role:

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a skilled Butler to join the Guest Relations Team at Jumeirah Al Naseem. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our guests and ensuring their stay with us is nothing short of unforgettable.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for guests, ensuring seamless communication with other departments to execute requests and provide unparalleled service.
  • Provide friendly, courteous, and professional assistance to guests and colleagues, always maintaining a positive attitude and a willingness to go above and beyond.
  • Extend a warm welcome to guests in the lobby and other hotel areas, setting the tone for an exceptional stay.
  • Anticipate and identify guests' needs, taking proactive steps to meet their expectations and exceed their expectations.
  • Assist guests with general inquiries about the hotel, its facilities, and daily events, while also upselling our restaurants, bars, and other amenities.
  • Conduct property tours and room orientations for visitors and guests, showcasing the hotel's amenities and services.
  • Ensure correct protocol and treatment is extended to high-profile VIP guests, maintaining the highest level of discretion and confidentiality.
  • Maintain the privacy of all guests, ensuring that no sensitive information is disclosed to anyone.
  • Provide an approachable, helpful, and friendly service to guests and colleagues, always striving to exceed expectations.

About You:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Butler who possesses the following qualifications:

  • Minimum one year of experience in a similar role in a 5-star hotel or luxury environment.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with guests and colleagues.
  • Flexibility to work a varied schedule, meeting the demands of hotel occupancy.
  • Enthusiasm, self-motivation, and the ability to exercise initiative in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluency in English and an additional language (Russian is an advantage).
